*Christmas dinner will be served in Eleonora Restaurant and Banquet Hall Witkacy and Kossak. Dinner location is determined by order of reservation. The hotel stipulates that the formula of serving breakfast and dinner and the program of attractions are subject to change due to the current epidemiological situation.

Cancellation

This reservation can be canceled without costs until 21 days before arrival. In such a case, the prepayment paid will be refunded or may be exchanged for a Voucher with a specified date of use. In the event of cancellation after this date or failure to show up at the facility on the day of arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the booking value. In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the reservation value is required via the online payment system.
