It is more than a stay at a hotel with a SPA — it is a conscious time to pause, calm the nervous system, improve rest quality, and return to balance. At Nosalowy Park Hotel & Spa, regeneration starts from the place: the proximity of the mountains, the soothing greenery of the park, and the intimate atmosphere of a five-star hotel. A multi-stage SPA ritual, unlimited access to the wellness zone with a brine graduation tower, saunas, and pool, comfortable sleep, and attentive care of our team create an experience that helps regain body lightness, mental clarity, and energy needed for daily challenges.

OdNowa is:

An author's program that ensures deep body regeneration and calming of the nervous system. It consists of 3 simple steps:
Step 1
Ceremony of pause - a relaxing aromatherapy ritual and slow work to release tension in the neck, collar, and shoulders. It is a moment of calming, conscious breathing, and the body shifting into regeneration state.
Step 2
Deep Regeneration Ritual
Aromatic body massage supporting recovery of energy, lightness, and balance. Peppermint absolute helps refresh the mind, reduce fatigue, and restore physical and mental comfort.
Step 3
Relaxation on the Soft Pack waterbed
Enveloping warmth and a feeling of lightness resembling levitation help relax overloaded muscles, calm the body, and reduce tension accumulated during the day.*

Concierge and Guest Relation care, who will help plan the stay to support regeneration — with options for peaceful activities, contact with nature, and trips around the Tatras. Selected proposals are available for an additional fee, upon request before arrival or directly at the hotel.

In Marilor Restaurant, Zakopane tastes unique

Marilor Restaurant draws from the richness of local ingredients and regional dishes, creating contemporary cuisine inspired by the tastes of Zakopane and Podhale. Among the specialties are local lamb in several versions, trout from mountain streams, pierogi with bryndza cheese, and seasonal products served in an elegant, authorial interpretation. The restaurant is located in the historic part of Nosalowy Park Hotel & Spa — the Marilor Villa — and is open from Thursday to Sunday.

Marilor Restaurant was awarded a recommendation in the MICHELIN Guide 2026.

Children

In order to ensure the safety of children in our Facilities, we have introduced Standards for the Protection of Minors. We are obliged by law to implement the above Standards. During your stay in our hotels, we will require you to have a document confirming your right to care for the child.

Animals

Pets are accepted for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or the SPA & Wellness areas.

Parking - information

Car park is extra paid - no advance space reservation is possible.

Cancellation

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.
