OdNowa is a regeneration program in 3 steps:
The program ensures deep body regeneration and nervous system calming. It consists of 3 simple stages:
- Step 1: Pause Ceremony – a relaxing aromatherapy ritual with slow tension-relieving work on the neck, nape, and shoulders. A moment of calm, conscious breathing, and gentle transition into regeneration.
- Step 2: Deep Regeneration Ritual – aromatic body massage supporting energy recovery, lightness, and balance. Peppermint absolute refreshes the mind, reduces fatigue, and restores physical and mental comfort.
- Step 3: Soft Pack Waterbed Relaxation – enveloping warmth and a levitating sensation help relax strained muscles, calm the body, and reduce accumulated tension.*
The OdNowa package also includes:
- Min. 2 nights in comfortable rooms of chosen standard
- Breakfasts at Eleonora Restaurant — a peaceful, quality start with aromatic coffee, homemade products, regional specialties, fit options, sweets from the hotel bakery, and warm dishes from live cooking stations.

Marilor Restaurant makes Zakopane taste unique
Marilor Restaurant draws from the wealth of local ingredients and regional dishes, creating a contemporary cuisine inspired by the flavors of Zakopane and Podhale. Specialties include local lamb in various forms, mountain stream trout, bryndza pierogi, and seasonal products served with elegant, original interpretations. The restaurant is located in the historic part of Nosalowy Park Hotel & Spa — Villa Marilor — and is open Thursday to Sunday.
