The Essence of Femininity workshop is dedicated to busy women who have forgotten about their needs, emotions, and femininity in this fast-paced world focused on balancing many roles in life, and the feeling of lack of time. During the workshop, you will reconnect with your body and release energy. Dancing is also a great form of physical activity. It has a positive effect on maintaining correct posture, figure, and body weight. It activates and relaxes various muscle groups, especially the abdominal, neck, back, and hip muscles. It improves metabolism (especially fat metabolism). You will regain joy, and self-esteem, improve your fitness, and make new friends. The workshop will be led by Sylwia Zduńczyk – a psychotherapist, consultant, and certified business coach, accredited Professional Certified Coach International Coaching Federation (PCC ICF)
