The New Year's Eve stay includes:

Children

In order to ensure the safety of children in our Facilities, we have introduced Standards for the Protection of Minors. We are obliged by law to implement the above Standards. During your stay in our hotels, we will require you to have a document confirming your right to care for the child.

Animals

Pets are accepted for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or the SPA & Wellness areas.

Parking - information

Car park is extra paid - no advance space reservation is possible.

Cancellation

A reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. In such cases, the deposit paid will be refunded or may be exchanged for a Voucher with a specified validity period. If the reservation is cancelled after this deadline or in case of a no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the Guest 40% of the total reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 40% of the total amount is required via the online payment system.
