Parking - information

Car park is extra paid - no advance space reservation is possible.

Cancellation

Reservations can be canceled at no cost up to 14 days prior to arrival. In this case, the prepayment made will be refunded or can be exchanged for a Voucher with a specific use date. In case of cancellation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest for 50% of the reservation. In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the reservation value is required through the online payment system, providing the credit card number to be charged or by sending the designated amount to the designated bank account number within 3 days.
